Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your order from Stolen Peace. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) in line with the policy below.

Returns Window

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Items must be free from marks, odours, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Socks
  • Underwear
  • Water bottles or accessories where hygiene seals have been removed

Unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please place a new order once your return has been processed.
